The Member of Parliament for Tamale South Hon Haruna Iddrisu said that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will win the Karaga seat, saying that, even if the President Nana Addo contests the Karaga seat he will lose.

He reiterated that, the NDC Parliamentary Candidate Hon Alhassan Dandawa will unseat the incumbent MP and the Finance Minister, Hon Dr. Mohammed Adam Amin in the December 7 general elections.

The former minority leader was speaking to hundreds of NDC supporters during a health walk and campaign launch at Karaga.

Mr Iddrisu said no one from the NPP can compete with the NDC parliamentary candidate Alhassan Sualehu Dandawa when it comes to development.

“Even Nana Addo. If they want, they should bring Nana Addo tomorrow to the Contest for the Karaga sit. He will lose, or they should bring Ken Ofori Atta. He’s going to lose”. He asserted

He also encouraged party supporters to stay focused and never allow anyone to intimidate them.
The Tamale South MP urged the NDC supporters to maintain peace before, during and after the December polls.
Several big wigs of the NDC including MPs, Party Executives and some elders of the NDC attended the campaign launch.
