Bawumia concludes NPP’s National Thank You Tour in Central Region

The former Vice President and the NPP’s 2024 presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has officially wrapped up the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) National “Thank You Tour”, which concluded yesterday in the Central Region. The tour, aimed at engaging grassroots members and appreciating party supporters’ contributions during the 2024 general elections, marked a significant moment of unity and reflection for the party.

Dr. Bawumia described the nationwide engagement as “fruitful” and “reinvigorating,” emphasising its role in strengthening the party’s foundation.

“It has been a fruitful national engagement, and one that has reinvigorated the rank and file of our party, for a united, stronger and better New Patriotic Party,” he stated.

The Vice President expressed heartfelt appreciation to all party stakeholders, including polling station executives, electoral area coordinators, constituency and regional executives, volunteers, and national officers for their continued commitment to the party’s vision.

“On behalf of the party, I, once again, express sincere gratitude to all our stakeholders… for your efforts and support to the party, before and during the 2024 Election,” Dr. Bawumia said.

He urged members and supporters to remain united and focused as the party continues to rebuild and restructure ahead of the next electoral cycle.

“Let us stay united, and committed; and continue to work hard towards the victory of the NPP in 2028,” he added.

The Thank You Tour spanned all 16 regions of Ghana, serving both as a moment of gratitude and a rallying call for the future of the party following its poor performance in the 2024 general elections.
