The management of Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) has issued a statement on 22nd-12-2025 distancing itself from a flyer circulating on social media regarding a missing baby. The flyer, which bears the official logo of TTH, has been deemed “unacceptable” and “an affront to our corporate image” by the hospital’s management.
According to the statement, the incident described in the flyer did not occur at TTH, and the use of the hospital’s logo is “false and misleading.” The management has urged the public to ignore the flyer, particularly those bearing the TTH logo, and has demanded the immediate withdrawal of the flyer and cessation of the unauthorized use of the hospital’s logo.
TTH has reaffirmed its commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and service with integrity. The hospital has provided a contact number, 0242881674, for further inquiries regarding the matter.
