Honorable Inusah Fuseini, former Member of Parliament for the Tamale Central Constituency has revealed that President John Dramani Mahama has assured him of a role in his government. However, he noted that the appointment has not yet materialized, adding that he trusts the President’s judgment and is patiently waiting for the right time.
Lawyer Inusah earlier on served in both the NDC’s Evans Atta Mills and John Dramani Mahama regimes as Deputy Minister of Energy, Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, and Minister of Roads and Highways respectively.
Speaking on the Beigu Naayo morning show on Tolon Radio with host Mohammed Suhuyini Shaharan, the former MP shared his continued support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and urged young people in northern Ghana involved in politics to remain respectful, tolerant, and committed to making a positive impact.
He also advised against causing trouble during party primaries in the Tamale Central Constituency, encouraging unity and discipline within the party ranks. Inusah Fuseini emphasized that peaceful conduct in political processes would honor the memory of past Member of Parliament, Honorable Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed who worked hard for the party and the nation.
