The Agricultural Development Bank PLC (ADB) has announced the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr. Alhassan Yakubu-Tali, effective February 5, 2025. His resignation follows the nomination of a new Managing Director by the Bank’s majority shareholder.
Mr Yakubu-Tali was appointed as Managing Director on December 1, 2022, after serving as Deputy Managing Director from August 2017 to November 2022. During his tenure, he spearheaded the rollout of a two-year corporate strategy, which contributed to the Bank’s overall growth in capital and assets.
Under his leadership, ADB shareholders injected an additional GHS 1.501 billion to stabilize the Bank’s capital.
