Tamale’s entertainment industry has received what many describe as a major boost following news that the Member of Parliament for Tolon, Habib Iddrisu, has secured modern stage and sound equipment for the constituency.
The development was publicly welcomed by award-winning musician Fancy Gadam, who took to Facebook to express his excitement and appreciation. According to the artiste, the equipment which is currently on its way represents a long awaited intervention for players within the creative arts space.
In his post, Fancy Gadam, known privately as Ahmed Mujahid Bello, conveyed profound gratitude to the MP for what he described as a significant investment in the local entertainment industry.
He noted that quality stage and sound systems remain essential to delivering high standard events in Tamale and beyond.
The musician further expressed hope that the equipment will arrive in time to be deployed for his upcoming event slated for the 30th, an event already generating anticipation among fans.
