Good Foundation Islamic Academy, an Islamic institution in Karaga, is appealing to individuals, organizations, and well-wishers to support its efforts in completing its school building and providing essential learning materials for students.

The academy, which started with only 10 students and now has about 200 students, is dedicated to offering quality Islamic education and has been making steady progress in its mission to nurture young minds. However, challenges remain, particularly in completing the school’s infrastructure, which they started earlier this year. Currently, the building remains unfinished, with the classrooms still requiring cementing, doors and windows to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for its students.

According to the management of the school, in addition to the construction work, the school is in urgent need of Islamic learning materials such as Qur’ans, Hadith books, and other educational resources to enhance students’ learning experience.

“We are committed to shaping the future of our students through education. We started with only 10 students, and we were staying in the mosque; as the number increased, we could no longer use the mosque because we currently have over 200 students, so we decided to build a school to accommodate the kids, but we could not do it alone. We started the building, in fact, the building is almost done, but it left with the doors, windows and cementing. We are appealing for the support of the general public, Completing the school building and providing necessary learning materials will ensure that students have a proper space to learn and grow,” said a spokesperson for the academy.

The academy is appealing to generous individuals, businesses, and organizations to contribute in any way possible. Donations can be made in cash or in kind, with building materials and educational resources also welcomed.

“Those who wish to support this cause can contact Afa Umar Adam on 0240960451 for further details, or any person who wants to support us can go to Tolon radio. Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us closer to our goal of providing a well-equipped learning environment for our students”.

The academy is appealing to every individual, especially the Muslim communities to help them complete the building to foster their teaching and learning as a school.
