In a heartfelt message that echoed across Dagbon and beyond, Hardi Pagazaa a former Assembly member for the Wamali Electoral Area and a former Deputy Northern Regional Communications officer of the Ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), expressed profound gratitude to his supporters following the announcement of the nominees for the Tamale Metropolitan Assembly. Taking to social media, Pagazaa began his statement with a humble praise: “ALHAMDU LIL LA, ALHAMDU LIL LA, ALHAMDU LIL LA. Praise be to Allah Subahannah wa ta alaa.”
Acknowledging the overwhelming support he had received, he wrote: “To all my supporters and lovers across Dagbon and beyond, I say a very big THANK YOU. You have shown me great love beyond my imagination.” Though not selected for the MCE role, Pagazaa embraced the outcome with remarkable maturity and loyalty to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), calling on all to rally behind President John Dramani Mahama and the party’s appointees: “Let’s continue to support President John Dramani Mahama, the great NDC and all his appointees to deliver on the promises we made to Ghanaians.”
In a show of political maturity, he emphasized: “The seat for Tamale metro assembly can only be occupied by one person at a time. The interests of the NDC are supreme. Let us all respect the decision of leadership.”
Pagazaa concluded his message with a prayerful tone, entrusting his path to divine guidance: “Yaa Allah, I look up to you for YOUR divine direction and guidance.” He also congratulated all the nominees and urged for peace and unity: “Congratulations to all the nominees. May Almighty Allah grant you all the needed wisdom to lead our various MMDAs. Please let’s keep Tamale, Dagbon and the great NDC more peaceful.”
His message stands as a testament to political tolerance, humility, and an unwavering commitment to party unity and regional peace.
