Easter in Tamale: Minister calls for moral renewal and community spirit

The Northern Regional Minister, Hon. Ali Adolf Mburidiba John, joined Easter Sunday celebration at Kootigli Presby Church in Tamale, delivering a powerful message of unity, moral renewal, and community development.

Hon. Adolf was warmly received by  the congregation,highlighting the bond he shared with the local community. In his address, Hon Adolf emphasized the significance of Easter as a time for reflection,hope and renewal, urging Ghanaians especially the youth to embrace values that foster peace and national growth.

“Easter reminds us of the power of renewal and the strenght of unity, we must continue to respect our elders, learn from their wisdom, and come together as a people to build a stronger and more peaceful nation”.He stated.

Hon Adolf encouraged young people to steer clear of drug abuse and instead focus on shaping a meaningful and productive future. He also underscore the importance of religious tolerance, urging the congregation to uphold respect for all faith whiles preserving their rich cultural heritage.

“As we celebrate Easter, let us not forget the beauty of our traditions”,he said. Faith should not be a reason to abandon our culture , but a guide to harmoniously with others.”

The congregation offered prayers for the minister, the president and the entire nation, expressing hope for lasting peace, unity, and prosperity in the Northern Region and beyond.

The minister presence at the celebration served as a reminder of the vital link between political leadership and the faith based community.
