A group of unidentified NDC youth in Bole have burned car tyres in front of President Mahama’s father’s residence earlier this morning.

The irate NDC youth were in protest to register their displeasure following the Ministerial appointments by President John Mahama.

According to the NDC youth, they are unhappy with President Mahama for not appointing thier MP, Alhaji Yusif Suleman to any ministry.

The NDC youth took to the streets to protest when the Bole-Bamboi lawmaker name was not included in the President’s third batch of ministerial appointments.

Bole, being the President’s hometown, had high expectations for ministerial representation.

According to the General Manager of Nkilgi FM Mr. Haruna Mahama, “the youth argued that President Mahama did not appoint anyone from Bole including the late MP into his first government and is about to do that again to the current in this current government”.

” I sincerely think any action by NDC Youth in Bole will only embarrass President John Dramani Mahama in the eyes of Ghanaians’. the renown journalist noted

“We all expected and agitated for the Bole MP to be made a Minister but the President knows best”. He added

Mr. Mahama revealed that, the Bole-Bamboi MP expressed disappointments about the actions of the NDC youth.  “Alhaji Yusif Sulemana from my enquires says he does not accept or condone any action by the NDC Youth in Bole to embarrass President John Dramani Mahama. He will issue a statement soon”.

Authorities are investigating the incident, and no official response has been issued yet. Many are calling for calm and dialogue to address the grievances constructively.
